Group Pharma selects PERP software for business integration – Express Pharma Pulse – Sept 26, 2002

Group Pharma specialises in Healthcare products & manufacturing of dental health care products on a Third Party basis for Dr. Reddy’s Labs has selected Progen Enterprise Resource Planning (PERP) to fully integrate its business functions. PERP will be implemented at all its site and for all its modules which includes, Finance, Materials, Production, HR, Distribution, Marketing, Sales and others.  About 25 staff of Group pharma are expected to use the software.  PERP was selected out of three other Vendors since it is a Pharma Specific software and complies with all Indian Statutory Norms.

The PERP – Distributions Management System has also been approved for installation at Group Pharma’s Distributors at 15 locations all over India.  Group Pharma with a turnover of 250 million, has its corporate office in Mumbai, Marketing office at Bangalore.  Progen ERP is a Pharma Specific, Indigenously developed ERP system that covers all functional areas in a Pharmaceutical Enterprise.  PERP has over 120 sites in India and abroad and it has been successfully implemented in majors like Sigma Laboratories, Biersdort India, Wallace Pharmaceuticals, Biochem Pharma, Kremoint Pharma, Procter & Gamble, among others.
